Modern Craftsman

This custom Modern Craftsman was designed with an efficient layout that maximizes living space while keeping the build practical and within budget. The main living area is located upstairs and features and open-concept kitchen and living space with a vaulted ceiling, creating a bright spacious feel. 

The kitchen features granite countertops and flows directly into the main living area. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the upper level. 

The lower level includes a primary bedroom and full bathroom, with laundry incorporated into the bathroom for added efficiency. A two-car garage is  positioned beneath the main living area, allowing the home to maintain a compact footprint without sacrificing garage space. The remaining lower level area is a finished basement.
