This is where your home comes to life digitally. We take your selected floor plan and translate it into our 3D visualization software.
- Virtual Walkthrough: Step inside your home in 3D. Evaluate hallway widths, sightlines, ceiling heights, and floorplan flow.
- Finish & Material Refinement: Test exterior options, cabinetry styles, windows, and finishes with realistic lighting.
- Finalizing the Contract: Once you approve the 3D layout, we lock in a clear, fixed scope of work, material specifications, and a accurate construction schedule
Phase 3: Site Prep & Excavation

Unlike builders who sub out site work to untried third parties, we bring in our trusted, local excavation partner early in the process.
- Permitting & Approvals: We handle all necessary local Bedford County building permits and municipal compliance.

Phase 5: Final Inspection & Key Handover

- Detail Punch-List Walkthrough: We walk room-by-room with you through the completed home to address any final adjustments.
- Final Municipal Approval: Obtaining your final Occupancy Permit from the county.
- Welcome Home: We hand over the keys, complete manufacturer warranty paperwork, and give you the peace of mind that your home was built to last for generations.
